- Cream the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.

- Fold in the chocolate chips and Halloween M&Ms, reserving a handful for topping.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Press the reserved M&Ms and candy eyeballs into the top of the dough.
