For the Noodles
  • 8 oz Noodles wide egg noodles or pasta
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil can be omitted for a lighter version
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional, to taste

  2. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the browned beef, stir to combine, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the drained noodles to the skillet, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss with the beef and sauce mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
