  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt replace with non-dairy yogurt if vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract no substitute exists
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour swap with ¾ cup whole wheat flour for healthier
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon increase to 2 teaspoons for more cinnamon flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg optional but recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Crumble Topping blend of brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted butter

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then stir in the applesauce, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the surface.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
