  • 4 tablespoons Scallions adds fresh onion flavor

  • 12 rolls Soft Pull-Apart Slider Rolls sweet Hawaiian rolls recommended
  • ¼ cup Butter for brushing on top

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a single layer on a baking tray for 15-20 minutes until crispy, then chop.
  3. Thinly slice the ham and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  5. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and spread the creamy filling on both halves.
  6. Layer the ham on the bottom halves of the slider rolls and cover with the tops.
  7. Arrange sliders in a baking pan tightly.
  8. Brush melted butter on top of the slider rolls.
  9. Cover with parchment paper and foil, then bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
  10. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
