Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Melted Cabbage
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut a head of cabbage into wedges approximately 1.5 inches thick and arrange on a large baking sheet.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Melt the butter and stir to combine.
  3. Brush the garlic butter over each cabbage wedge and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  4. Roast the cabbage wedges for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  5. In the final 5 minutes, sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the cabbage wedges before returning to the oven.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
