For the Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Omit for dairy-free version

  • 2 wedges Lemon Lime wedges can substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Chop the chicken and vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish, leaving space between pieces.
