Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle, add the black tea bags, and steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and set aside.
  2. Combine the remaining 2 cups of water with diced ripe mango in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes while mashing the mango.
  3. Strain the mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with the brewed tea, and stir gently.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mango and tea mixture, stir until dissolved, and adjust sweetness to taste.
  5. Cool Mango Iced Tea to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.
