  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely diced onion, breadcrumbs, one egg, ¼ cup milk, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until just combined and press evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Place the meatloaf into your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While the meatloaf bakes, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
