Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
  2. Combine ketchup and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, onion soup mix, and eggs in a large bowl. Add 120 ml of the sauce mixture.
  4. Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the baking dish and spread remaining sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is browned and edges bubble.
  6. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  7. Whisk whole milk and cheddar cheese soup in a large bowl; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. Fold in macaroni and half of the shredded cheese.
  9. Spoon the cheese mixture over the baked meatloaf and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake for an additional 17-20 minutes until golden.
  11. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
