Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with the milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. Prepare a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter, swirling it around until foamy.
  3. Sauté diced bell peppers and red onions in the melted butter for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sautéed vegetables and let sit for 1 minute until edges begin to set.
  5. Gently stir the eggs every 20-30 seconds for about 3-4 minutes until soft and fluffy.
