Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the sea bass fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Place seasoned sea bass in baking dish, pour garlic and butter over, drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter, add spinach, cook until wilted, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  6. Plate sea bass alongside creamed spinach and garnish with lemon wedges or a squeeze of lemon juice.
