  4. Dredge the Chicken: Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then press into cheese mixture.
  5. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Make the Sauce: Add lemon juice, broth, and wine to the skillet, scraping up browned bits and simmering for 2-3 minutes.
