  3. Roll the dough into flat rounds, about 1/4 inch thick with a diameter of approximately 5 inches.
  4. Sauté sliced steak with diced onions and bell peppers over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  5. Place a portion of the filling in the center of the dough, sprinkle with cheese, and fold to seal.
