Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, finely diced jalapeños, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, crispy bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Allow about 5 minutes for the air fryer to reach the desired temperature.
- Whisk together eggs and heavy cream in one bowl. In another bowl, place crushed pork rinds. Scoop about a tablespoon of the cheese mixture and roll it into a ball, dip in egg mixture, then roll in crushed pork rinds until fully coated.
- Place the coated balls in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray or directly in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Carefully place the tray or basket into the preheated air fryer and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, checking for doneness around the 10-minute mark.

Notes
Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes to form uniform balls. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
