Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using fresh broccoli, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, heavy cream, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly into the greased dish. Optionally, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
