- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using fresh broccoli, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, heavy cream, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly into the greased dish. Optionally, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
