- Place marinated chicken tenders on the grill or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
