  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil extra virgin preferred
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked is preferred

  • Dipping Sauces tzatziki or your favorite sauce

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk until well blended. Add chicken breasts, coating thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at around 400°F (200°C). Alternatively, set your oven to the same temperature.
  3. Place marinated chicken tenders on the grill or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
