Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the Persian cucumbers into ½ cm (¼ inch) thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandolin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, diced red onions, and jalapeños.
  3. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, coarse sea salt, and sharp cheddar cheese into the bowl to create the dressing.
  4. Gently fold the cucumber mixture into the dressing to coat without mushing the cucumbers.
  5. Transfer the salad to the refrigerator and chill for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, give the salad a gentle stir, serve on a plate, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
