Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in sour cream and grated zucchini until just combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, saving some for topping.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top and adding reserved chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
