Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Cut in the chilled unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the milk and stir gently until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  7. Use a round cutter to cut out circles measuring about 3-4 inches.
  8. Mix the tomato sauce with dried oregano and basil.

  10. Layer pepperoni slices or other toppings on top.
