For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 medium Onion Use white or yellow onions.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Chop for delightful texture.
  • 200 grams Broccoli Florets Cook until just tender.
  • 100 ml Water Rounds out the sauce.

Preparation Steps
  1. Tenderise Chicken: Mix chicken with baking soda and set aside for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under cold water.

  3. Make Sauce: In a bowl, combine cornflour with soy sauce, then mix in water, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Cook Aromatics: Heat oil in skillet, sauté garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add Chicken: Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add broccoli and sauce mixture, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve: Serve immediately with steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
