Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and beat it with an electric mixer or spatula until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the sour cream to the mixtures and blend until fully combined, about another minute.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until evenly distributed.
  4. Stir in the hot honey until fully combined.
  5. Mix in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while transferring the dip to a greased baking dish.
  7. Spoon the dip mixture into the baking dish, smoothing the top.
  8. Sprinkle additional cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
