Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring each is coated, and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs in one dish, breadcrumbs in another, and leave the third empty.
  5. Dip each marinated chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then transfer to breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
  6. Arrange coated chicken tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the breaded chicken tenders.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
