Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently using your hands or a fork until all ingredients are evenly incorporated, taking care not to overmix to retain the burger's tenderness.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions, rolling each into a ball before flattening it into a patty about ½ inch thick. Use your thumb to create a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 375-400°F. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without pressing down on them. Flip the burgers and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness; a meat thermometer should register 160°F for well-done.
- While the burgers are cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the brioche buns in half and place them cut-side down in the skillet. Toast the buns for 1-2 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once the patties are cooked and buns are toasted, assemble your burgers. Place a burger patty on the bottom half of each brioche bun, then layer your preferred toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Drizzle with additional ranch dressing if desired, and top with the other half of the bun.

Notes
Allow the burgers to rest for a few minutes after cooking to enhance flavor with every bite.
