- Prepare Blackberry Jam: In a medium saucepan, combine blackberries, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook for 20-30 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool.
- Roll Out Puff Pastry: Roll thawed puff pastry into a 12x16 inch rectangle, keeping it cold for easy handling.
