Apple Layer
  • 4 medium Apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
Streusel Topping
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Flour (additional)
  • ¼ cup Butter (melted, for streusel)

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  3. Blend softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the cooled crust.
  4. Toss apple slices with cinnamon and flour; distribute evenly over cheesecake layer.
  5. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter to create streusel; sprinkle over the apple layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until streusel is golden and cheesecake is set. Cool completely before slicing.
