Ingredients

For the Salad
  • 4 cups Clean Greens Use spinach, arugula, or any market-fresh greens
  • 4 Clementines Can substitute with oranges or seedless tangerines
  • 2 mini Cucumbers Thinly sliced for optimal texture
  • 1 medium Ripe Avocado Can replace with butter lettuce
  • 1 small White Onion Substitute with jicama or Asian pear if preferred
  • 4 ounces Goat Cheese Can be swapped for feta or ricotta salata
  • 1/2 cup Salted Roasted Pistachios
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey White Balsamic Dressing Can be easily made with just six ingredients

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Serving platter
  • Salad Tongs

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing your fresh greens thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess moisture and transfer them to a large mixing bowl or a serving platter.
  2. Peel and segment the clementines, removing any seeds. Scatter the clementine segments over the greens, following with thinly sliced mini cucumbers.
  3. Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into thin slices and layer them on top of the salad.
  4. Thinly slice the white onion and sprinkle these onion slices evenly across the salad.
  5. Drizzle 2–3 tablespoons of your honey white balsamic dressing over the assembled ingredients. Toss gently to blend.
  6. Crumble goat cheese over the top of your salad and sprinkle salted roasted pistachios for added crunch.
  7. Present your salad with any remaining dressing on the side for those who enjoy an extra drizzle.
