Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear the steak pieces for 3-4 minutes, then let rest.
  3. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic for 1 additional minute.

  5. Combine the steak and drained rigatoni with the cream sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to coat evenly.
