Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients on the counter for easy access. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the hot pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.
