- Prepare your ingredients by mincing garlic and chopping parsley. Gather lobster meat, heavy cream, unsalted butter, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
