- In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, turmeric powder, and chili powder to create a vibrant marinade. Coat the boneless skinless chicken thighs thoroughly in the mixture, ensuring each piece is well-covered.
