Prepare Cold Foam
- Combine heavy cream, coconut syrup, and ube extract in a small glass. Froth for 15-20 seconds until thick and creamy.
Prepare Drink
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in your choice of milk. Add a drizzle of coconut syrup and stir until blended.
Brew Espresso
- Brew a shot of hot espresso and carefully pour it over the back of a spoon to maintain the layered effect.
Top with Foam
- Spoon the prepared ube coconut cold foam on top of the espresso layer.
Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle toasted coconut chips on top if desired. Serve immediately.
