Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry using paper towels. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Once cooked through, taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice or noodles garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
