  2. Make the Brioche Dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk, butter, and egg. Knead and let rise until doubled, about 2 hours.
  3. Shape the Rolls: Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, slice into 12 pieces, and let rise in a greased dish for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Bake the Cinnamon Rolls: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze: Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry puree until smooth.
  6. Finish and Serve: Spread glaze over warm rolls and serve fresh.
