- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking trays with parchment paper or oil.
- Divide the refrigerated classic pizza crust into halves and roll out to circles of 6 to 8 inches in diameter.
- For the classic filling, spread pizza sauce on one half, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, add pepperoni slices and black olives, fold over and seal.
- For the veggie filling, brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, layer cheddar cheese and broccoli, then fold and seal.
