Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Homemade Pizza Pockets
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking trays with parchment paper or oil.
  2. Divide the refrigerated classic pizza crust into halves and roll out to circles of 6 to 8 inches in diameter.
  3. For the classic filling, spread pizza sauce on one half, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, add pepperoni slices and black olives, fold over and seal.
  4. For the veggie filling, brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, layer cheddar cheese and broccoli, then fold and seal.
  5. Place filled pockets on trays and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow pockets to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
