- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to about ½ inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over one half of the rolled-out dough, followed by Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese and slice into 1-inch strips.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cheese stick.
- Brush each cheese stick with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
