  • 1 cup Zucchini Sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced

Cooking Steps
  1. Marinate the Steak: Whisk together 1/4 cup mirin, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add the sirloin steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Vegetables: While the steak marinates, wash and slice 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of zucchini, and 1 cup of mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the marinated steak for 8-10 minutes, until browned and cooked to your preference.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté the prepared vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender yet still vibrant.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add 2 cups of frozen fried rice to the skillet and stir until heated through, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve: Spoon the Hibachi Steak Bowl mixture into serving dishes and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or soy sauce.
