- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and lay flat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Cook shrimp in skillet for 3-4 minutes until pink, then add crab meat and seasonings.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and parsley until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and Alfredo sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnishing with parsley.
