- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Choose your serving dish, such as a trifle bowl, mason jars, or an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Add a generous layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of cookies. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with yogurt on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh banana slices or crushed cookies.
