For the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to your preference
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add honey, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cooked pasta along with diced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes. Follow with finely shredded cabbage, diced sweet onion, and chopped banana peppers. Mix in chopped deli turkey, ham, turkey pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Optionally, add additional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs for garnish.
  5. Transfer the salad into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
