Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape about ¼-inch thick.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.
  4. Place the oiled side down on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Carefully flip the dough and grill without the lid for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Spread goat cheese over the crust, add mozzarella, drizzle honey, and sprinkle rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cover the grill and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Check for a golden crust and melted cheese. Remove from the grill.
  9. Let the pizza rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with arugula or basil and serve warm.
