Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  7. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  8. Drizzle or dip the skewers into the sauce before serving.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
