- Layer the first sheet of phyllo dough in the prepared baking dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with six more sheets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the layered phyllo base and smooth it out. Cover with another sheet of phyllo and brush with melted butter.
