  • 1 cup White Chocolate Binder and outer coating (dark or milk chocolate can be used as substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Shortening For smooth melting (coconut oil can be used too)
For Dusting and Decoration
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar To dust and prevent stickiness
  • 1 cup Candy Eyes For fun decorations

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Melt white chocolate with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow in melted chocolate and attach to a baking sheet. Stack two more marshmallows on top, using chocolate as glue.
  3. Step 3: Coat the entire marshmallow figure in white chocolate for a smooth finish.
  4. Step 4: Quickly attach candy eyes to the wet chocolate, and let it harden at room temperature.
  5. Step 5: Dust marshmallow figures with powdered sugar and use black edible marker to draw faces.
  6. Step 6: Let set completely before serving. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
