Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet, then sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Reduce heat, add minced garlic and remaining butter to the pan, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss them with steak and garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
