Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet for 25 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the seasoned chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken in the skillet, stir to combine, add parmesan cheese, and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Spread butter on insides of brioche buns and toast in a skillet until golden and crispy.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with a scoop of creamy chicken, crispy bacon, and garnish with parsley.
