- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Gently add the whole milk to the mixture and mix until the consistency is even and slightly moist.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into mini loaves about 3 inches long on the prepared baking sheet.
