- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink and drain excess grease.
- Season the browned beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Roll out the refrigerated biscuit dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch, large enough to hold 2 tablespoons of beef filling.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the dough, fold edges over the filling, and seal tightly.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush generously on top of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb for a crunchy topping.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
