Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.

For the Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade dough can be used.
For the Butter Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Butter Use salted or unsalted as preferred.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is essential.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast can be used for dairy-free.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Substitute with dried parsley if unavailable.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink and drain excess grease.
  3. Season the browned beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Roll out the refrigerated biscuit dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch, large enough to hold 2 tablespoons of beef filling.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the dough, fold edges over the filling, and seal tightly.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush generously on top of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb for a crunchy topping.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serve warm.
