  3. Introduce 1 cup of roughly chopped cauliflower and 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir to combine everything, cooking for approximately 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Once the vegetables are tender, drizzle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the skillet and mix thoroughly. If you like, sprinkle ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish generously with fresh parsley before serving.
