Combine Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of sliced English cucumbers, 1.5 cups of halved cherry tomatoes, and 1 thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently until evenly distributed.
Prepare the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of oregano until smooth.
