  2. Add 1 cup of oat flour, 2 tablespoons of sweetener, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Stir until just combined.
  3. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients using a spatula until just mixed. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and any other desired spices.
  5. Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it.
  6. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
